Our 2025 Distiller’s Edition is guided by the complex, zesty brightness of hand-harvested kumquat, rounded off with nuances of wild mountain botanicals, such as thyme and pine.

Flavour? It opens with a burst of fruity citrus - think mandarin meets lemongrass. Then it mellows into a fresh, herbal finish reminiscent of sun-dried basil and coastal shrub.

Limited to just 2.345 bottles, this edition is a sun-soaked tribute to the Corfiot landscape. Unexpected, pure and curiously refreshing.

This year, we followed the citrus-scented breeze to the island of Corfu.

It’s a land where ancient gods are said to have walked, from Poseidon to the sea-bound nymphs. Unlike its sun-scorched Mediterranean siblings, Corfu thrives in contradiction: a lush, fertile oasis wrapped in a climate all its own. Here, curious citrus fruits glisten under pine canopies, while fragrant green gems grow wild on salt-kissed cliffs.

CORFIOT KUMQUAT

These small golden fruits lend a lively, tangy citrus character to the gin thanks to its rich zests. Juicy yet delicately bittersweet, they are unmistakably tied to Corfu’s identity.

WILD THYME

Harvested from the salt-kissed cliffs of Corfu, this Mediterranean thyme offers a refined, sun-dried herbal aroma that gracefully balances the bright, fruity lift of its counterpart, the kumquat.
